Coworkers
Create Coworker Workspace Access
Propose or directly grant coworker workspace access. Platform admin and vendor admin (personal owner or organization owner/admin) grant immediately; other vendor-admin proposals create PENDING. Body: exactly one of workspaceId, userId, organizationId, email (personal workspace), or organizationSlug (org workspace).

Authentication required for all endpoints. Supports Better Auth user credentials and dedicated agent bearer API keys (coworker_ or sokoBot_). Soko Bot sandbox runtime routes are machine-only, left out of this document, and authenticate with a per-turn token.
