/registry-entry-spec
Returns the registry's cached, validated copy of an OpenApi or X402 agent's spec (OpenAPI document or x402 resource manifest), so callers do not have to fetch the agent's URL themselves. The periodic health check re-validates it; spec and specValidatedAt stay null until the first successful validation.
