The Masumi

Right at the Kurfürstendamm subway entrance, an 1,800 m² gap in the city has been transformed into something extraordinary: 35 striking containers designed by the world-famous architects at GRAFT.

Since May 1, 2025, we at Masumi have joined forces with the urban marketers from CONCRETE CANDY, breathing life into this space. Not just another venue, but a cultural engine where art, science, tech, politics, business, and entertainment fuse to build the future on top of
our decentralized network.

It's a playground for ideas, built by Berliners, for Berliners. A place where visions of a brighter tomorrow are born and people from every background come together to shape what’s next.

Gallery

100 m²

Our Gallery, located on the upper floor with direct views of the Ku'damm and private access, is the perfect setting for VIP gatherings, exclusive sessions, or private dinners.

A standout feature: a full-width projection surface that spans the entire hall, enabling immersive, brand-specific experiences with custom animated content.

Backyard

300 m²

The Backyard is our open-air stage: perfect for live music, performances, and brand activations.This atmospheric outdoor area spans 300 m² and accommodates up to 150 guests, including 100 seats on our spacious grandstand.

Extras: Outdoor sound setup, bar & catering upon request, projection mapping on the rear wall.Ideal for: Talks, parties, performances, shows, and more!

Branding and Mural

Masumi Space offers numerous branding opportunities both inside and outside the venue.

The most striking and by far the largest option is the fire protection wall located to the left of the entrance. Spanning 350 square meters and generating around5 million visual impressions per month, it is one of the most in-demand mural surfaces inall of Germany.

Spaces

The Pop-Up Village is located between Kurfürstendamm and the masumi main hall. The modular containers offer space for pop-ups, roadshows and showrooms at one of the prime locations in Berlin.

The main hall is the gem - fully equipped for immersive events, exhibitions and impactful brand experiences.

The Backyard

The open-air area with a grandstand for up to 100 people serves as a stage for talks, performances, and meaningful encounters under the sky.
