Serviceplan and Cardano Foundation drive the blockchain AI economy
Serviceplan Group, Europe's largest independent agency network, has partnered with the Cardano Foundation and NMKR to create Masumi, an AI agent network protocol built on Cardano's blockchain. The collaboration aims to enable AI agents to operate securely within a decentralized ecosystem.
What Is Masumi
Developed jointly by NMKR and Serviceplan Group, Masumi equips AI agents with identity and the ability to conduct secure transactions on the Cardano blockchain. It creates an interoperable network independent of the AI technologies used to build individual agents.
Why Cardano
Serviceplan selected Cardano for its peer-reviewed research foundation, energy-efficient proof-of-stake mechanism, and ethical governance alignment. The blockchain's eUTXO model supports the high-volume interactions required by AI systems.
Real-World Application
Serviceplan Group is developing Agentic Services. These are AI-powered solutions for research, insights, marketing automation, and content creation, all operating transparently through Masumi on Cardano.
